One account for every brand you run

Each brand keeps its own customers, jobs, job types and job numbers, with its own logo on what your customers see. Your engineers, your parts and your bill stay in one place.

What each brand keeps to itself

A job or a customer belongs to exactly one brand. Everything below is set per brand, and your commercial arm can look and read differently from your residential one.

Customers and jobs

Each brand has its own customer list and its own jobs. Give someone access to one brand and that's all they see.

Job numbers

Each brand has its own number format, with any prefix you like, the date and a running count. One brand can issue JOB00042 while another issues COM-2026-00042.

Job types and forms

Each brand has its own job templates, and its own layout for the customer and engineer records.

Logo and colour

Job emails carry the brand's logo and colour, and say which brand sent them.

Terminology

Call a job a visit in one brand and a work order in another. You can rename customers and engineers the same way.

Emails and texts

Each brand has its own wording for customer emails, and its own setting for the text that goes out when an engineer sets off.

What stays shared

These are set once for the whole business, and every brand uses them.

Your engineers

An engineer can work in as many brands as you give them, and they're on one schedule whichever brand the job came from.

People and roles

Roles are defined once and given per brand. Someone can be a brand administrator in one brand, an operator in another, and have no access to a third.

Parts catalogue

One catalogue for the whole business, with a different price per brand where you need one.

Custom fields and integrations

Defined once for the whole business. You connect your accounting system once and every brand uses it. Each brand still chooses which custom fields its forms show.

Your domain

A custom domain is set once for the whole account, not per brand.

One bill

Every brand is on the same plan and the same invoice. Jobs count towards one allowance, whichever brand they're in.

Working across brands

The dispatch board, the job list and the customer list each have a brand filter with an All brands option. Pick one brand to focus on it, or put everything you have access to on one screen.

The reporting dashboard adds up every brand you can see. A brand administrator's figures cover their own brands and no others.

When a second brand is worth it

Add a brand when you'd answer the phone differently. A residential arm and a commercial arm want their own job numbers, job types and email wording. A white-label contract wants its own name and colour on everything the end customer sees, and a region that works differently can have its own forms.

If the only difference is who does the work, use a team instead. It groups engineers inside one brand and is lighter to set up.
