Pricing

Every paid plan includes your whole team, office and field, with no per-user fees. You pay per job, so the bill follows the work, not your headcount. Team members are unlimited under fair use, SSO is included, and the Free plan covers up to 5 people.

Prices are in pounds with no VAT to add. The price shown is what you pay.

How the meter works

Higher plans unlock more features, but the meter is always jobs. Each billing period you choose a hard cap, or pay as you grow up to a spend cap you set.

A job counts once

The first time you assign someone to it, once per customer and location. Drafts and unassigned jobs are free. Rescheduling the same visit never counts twice.

You choose what happens at the limit

A hard cap that pauses new work until the next cycle, or pay-as-you-grow at your plan's per-job rate up to a spend cap you set. You're never billed past it.

People are free

No per-seat fee. Contractors sign in with their own login and don't take a seat.

Common questions

What counts as a job?
A job counts the first time you assign someone to it, once per customer and location. Drafts and unassigned jobs are free. Rescheduling or retrying the same visit at the same place never counts twice. If the customer or the location changes, that's new work and it counts as a new job.
What happens when I reach my plan's job limit?
That's up to you, and you set it per billing period. Keep it simple with a hard cap that pauses new work until the next cycle, or switch on pay-as-you-grow. Then you keep working and extra jobs are billed at your plan's per-job rate, up to a spend cap you set. SMS is included in your plan and never billed as an extra, so it doesn't count towards the cap. You're never billed past the cap you choose.
Why per job and not per seat?
Per-seat pricing punishes field-heavy teams. You end up paying more just for hiring. WorkWing charges for the work itself, so your bill follows the number of jobs you run.
Are seats really unlimited?
Yes, for any real team. Every paid plan includes unlimited team members, office and field alike, with no per-seat fee and no SSO tax. Each paid plan has a fair-use ceiling: 250 on Basic, 500 on Standard and 1,000 on Professional. It exists to stop somebody scripting a million accounts through the API, not to charge you for people. If you genuinely need more, email us and we will raise it at no charge. The Free plan is the one hard cap, at 5 users across any role.
Can I bring in contractors?
Yes, and they don't take up a team seat. A contractor or a subcontractor crew signs in with a login you never create or manage, and they only see the jobs you assign them. They draw on their own pool, unlimited under the same fair use: 125 on Basic, 250 on Standard and 500 on Professional. Every connection carries an end date, and you can revoke it the moment the work stops. Contractors aren't included on Free.
What does one job type on Free mean?
Free includes a single job type, and every workspace starts with one already set up. You edit that one rather than adding more: rename it, rebuild the office and field forms, change its completion rules. Creating a second job type needs a paid plan.
Is SSO really included?
Yes. SAML single sign-on is on every paid plan, including the cheapest. The Free plan doesn't have SSO.
Is the API really on the free plan?
Yes. Every plan can call the full REST API, register webhooks and connect an MCP client. Plans differ by how much: Free gives you one API key and 60 requests a minute, and it goes up from there. There is no separate API tier and no add-on to buy.
Can I change plans?
Yes, whenever you like. An upgrade applies straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There's no penalty either way.
Do I need a developer to connect WorkWing to my other systems?
No. Zapier, Make and n8n connect through the same webhooks and API. The table above shows which plans include them.

Start on Free. Move up when the jobs do.
