We built the tool we couldn't buy

WorkWing comes from years of running real field operations. The story is short, and it explains most of our decisions.

How it started

We ran field operations for a multi-brand company. Every field service platform we tried was either a closed box we couldn't connect anything to, or fell over when we asked it to handle several brands, dozens of engineers and a constant stream of jobs.

So we built the one we wished existed: proper API access, fair per-job pricing, and the flexibility to model how we actually worked, down to job types and job numbers per brand.

WorkWing is that platform, opened up for everyone. If it can run a multi-brand operation with dozens of engineers, it can run yours, whether you're one person with a van or a firm with fifty.

Who builds it

WorkWing is built by Littlebourne Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. It's small on purpose. The people who answer hello@workwing.io are the people who build the product.

What we build by

The API does everything

The console and the API run on the same engine. If you want to, you can run the whole operation from code.

Fair by default

Per-job pricing and SSO on every paid plan. We don't charge you extra for security, or for hiring.

No lock-in

Your data and your integrations are yours. Export everything whenever you like.

Field first

The people doing the work are on a phone with bad signal. We build for them before anyone else.

What WorkWing does, and what it leaves to you

We don't do invoicing, quoting or CRM. WorkWing runs the operational core and connects to the tools that already handle the rest.
