Build field service into your clients' systems
Your clients run their jobs, schedules and engineers in WorkWing. You connect it to everything else they use, from code you control, and move between their organisations with one login.
How it fits together
Each client has their own WorkWing organisation, with their own admins and their own plan. Your team works inside it as members, alongside the client's office staff.
One login, every client
Your client signs up and invites you in. Your login then switches between every organisation you work for, in the console and in the field app.
Clients kept apart
Each client's jobs, customers, settings and bill sit in their own organisation. Switching shows you one client at a time.
Keys scoped to one client
An API key belongs to one brand in one organisation and carries only the permissions you give it. The key for one client's integration can't read another client's data.
Webhook log
Every webhook delivery is kept for 30 days with its status code and the start of your endpoint's reply. You can resend any that failed.
What runs over the API
The day-to-day work runs over the API. You can create jobs from the client's templates, put engineers on them, move them through each status and close them out, and read and write customers, locations, resources and schedules along the way.
Setting an organisation up happens in the console: brands, members, roles, API keys and webhook endpoints. That's a one-off job for each client. After that, your code and the client's staff work on the same jobs, yours over the API and theirs in the console.

Your client's name on it
Each brand has its own logo, colour and email wording. Emails to your client's customers carry the client's name, not yours. A client with more than one trading name can run each as its own brand.
On Standard and Professional you can put the workspace on the client's own domain, and on Professional you can take our name off their job emails.
